There is no doubt we can work on our communication, but we sometimes do have to play the middleman working with Kia's warranty system. We often find ourselves waiting for their approval with no clear time frame. Again our apologies about your experience. We hope you do appreciate a brand that stands behind their product enough to still be covering full engine replacement on an 8 model year old vehicle.
