The experience began well. when I was purchasing the vehicle over the phone from Nebraska. The sales process went well except I did have to work with several different sales peo when I was purchasing the vehicle over the phone from Nebraska. The sales process went well except I did have to work with several different sales people based on their schedules. However, after I received the vehicle, it has been very difficult to get the last items taken care of for over two months. I have been trying to get the promised second key fob that was not delivered when the vehicle was given to me. I’m willing to accept that. There’s sometimes things are lost, but please don’t promise something that you can’t provide it it’s now almost 60 days later and I’m still waiting and still getting promises. Then when I went to the DMV to register the vehicle, I found that the money that I had paid to the dealership for registration taxes and title were never sent to the Nebraska DMV or sent to me. So where did that money go? I don’t know. I’m still calling and trying to find out. Kia was a good experience all the way up to the simple little problems at the end that they just can’t get fixed. I don’t feel like a priority now that they’ve gotten my money. More
