The dealership was extremely busy, and sadly I did not have an ideal customer experience. The owner, Dan Oakes, followed up via email and phone. And later sent a gas card for my troubles. He was extremely receptive to feedback. No major issues, but I was disappointed in the overall level of customer care I received, and I mentioned some concern regarding unprofessional attire as I could not determine who was an employee vs customer. I returned to Oakes Kia a month later, and I'm happy to report that I was very satisfied with the level of customer service I received from Anthony. I also smiled a little when I saw employees wearing branded Oakes Kia polo shirts. Anthony worked hard to find a vehicle that would suit all my wants and needs. I'm very happy with my new Kia Sportage S. More

The other employees I interacted with were also generally professional. However, one small gripe was the lack of communication at certain points. I had to repeatedly message or call to find out the status of my car purchase. I was buying the car virtually and shipping it to my home address, so it was a bit concerning when I wouldn't hear anything about whether my payment was processed, etc. However, due to the extenuating circumstances, I can understand why responses may have been a bit slow. I'm sure my experience would have been even better in-person, which is why I would still recommend this dealership. More

Greg the GSM was very rude. Before agreeing to purchase the vehicle I asked for the stains in my headliner to be removed and the oil be changed He agreed; after the deal was done. The stains were still the the vehicle I asked for the stains in my headliner to be removed and the oil be changed He agreed; after the deal was done. The stains were still there and he told me the oil had been changed. But yet it was low on oil. He called to ask for a form that proved I lived at the address I put down. I told him I would not provide anything else unless he removed the stains and changed the oil. He started to yell at me and stated that he should not have sold me the vehicle if I was going to just complain about some tiny little stains and that there are a bunch of other people that want this vehicle. He told me to get him the form now and to follow through with the fact I agreed to provide him the form. Even though; he did not follow through with his side of the deal and remove the stains or change the oil. I had to go pay for my oil to be changed somewhere else. this was a very bad experience for me. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. More
