I was very disappointed with my transaction. The salesman that sold me the car told me that the car had remote start and it didn’t. No one explained the warranty to me. Once I got home and read the papers I that sold me the car told me that the car had remote start and it didn’t. No one explained the warranty to me. Once I got home and read the papers I saw that I had gap insurance which I didn’t know I was paying for there also seems to be a $ 2600 charge for something and I’m not sure what it is for. Nothing on the car was explained to me. The finance manager said they would fill the car up but the salesman only put in a half of a tank. Altogether a very disappointing experience. More
