they are very accomidating When I found that my xl7 had not been vacuumed under the 3rd row seats our sales man took the keys and personnel to it to the porters and had the issu When I found that my xl7 had not been vacuumed under the 3rd row seats our sales man took the keys and personnel to it to the porters and had the issue resolved and all while we finished our paper work. when we signed the last paper he walked in the door with our keys. I was helping a family member with his first time purchase, and will likely think of Jack Miller Kia first next time I go to buy a vehicle for myself. In addition to making the whole process easier and providing us with a decent deal, the associates were very knowledgeable. They provided a lot of good advice for a first time buyer/owner, spending quite a bit of time explaining the ins and outs of both the specific vehicle and in the process in general. They also knew a great deal about the regulations in both Missouri and Kansas and walked us through what we'd need to do. Highly recommended More

Always a great experience! I've bought a lot of cars in the last 30 years, not always a good experience. Awesome!!! I just bought a 2016 Kia Forte from Jack Miller Kia and it was a very pleasant experience. This dealership is doing things I've never seen a dealership do before. I am almost eight months pregnant, the weather's been a little crazy, and the vehicle i owned previous to my new Kia was in bad shape. James DeFoe brought the car to my house for me to test drive. He even made arrangements to pick me up to come in to the dealership to sign my paperwork. While I was there the Jack Miller "family" made me, my mom, my son, and dad very comfortable (Greg, Tom, Crayden to name a few others). They worked hard to make sure I was not just satisfied but happy with my purchase. Thank you James! Thank you everybody! I appreciate it. More
