I know this rating is for Oakes. I submitted a BBB for Kia America. There is no miscommunication between Kia America and the dealership. Kia America customer care is terrible. I'm a calm person, but they would argue and interrupt me all the time. They would take my info and pretend to make a case. Took several calls before a goodwill case was submitted. I submitted around 15 pages of maintenance records and they sat on them for a week. Never submitted them to a Kia rep. I finally got someone that noticed and submitted it. Car stayed at Oakes longer than it should have due to them. Only improvement would be the dealership creating the case, attaching the techline info, and allowing the customer to login and upload records, testimony to the issue. Either way thanks for responding. I'm purchasing a Lexus RX350 which my wife will probably take from me lol.
