I worked with Nathan and he was very helpful and tried his best to get something done on my car. He opened a new case up with Kia, but Kia has been unable to fix my car. Both of the TV's on the backs of m his best to get something done on my car. He opened a new case up with Kia, but Kia has been unable to fix my car. Both of the TV's on the backs of my seat rattle and my car has been in the shop 6 or 7 times for this issue. I have had 2 cases opened up with Kia headquarters and keep being told they are not sure how to fix it at this time. The first case was closed by my Rep without me knowing because I wouldn't accept his $1,000 offer. I told him I wasn't looking for money I wanted my car fixed. This issue started a month after I bought my car. I am also still having issues with the sensor on the front right side of my car, it was replaced on my last visit and still doesn't seem to be working properly. This is the first Kia I have ever bought and I have to say I have NOT been impressed at all for what I paid for my car and the issues I have had. Plus being told we don't know how to fix it, and being inconvenienced by all the trips to the dealership. Come on Kia do better!! More

Fernando and the service personnel are always friendly and communication is good (5 stars). My dissatisfaction is the communication between Kia customer service, district rep, and Kia dealerships.
