Went in for a tow hitch recall. They changed to oil did a tire rotation which was not due for another 5000 miles. When I did text him to see what was going on he never text me back. After two and a half hours I contacted Jarrod who was very nice and helpful. He went and checked and told me that they would have it out in in 15 mins. At check out Fernando gave me someone else's service invoice and I have no idea where mine got of to. I will say this is only my second service on my new car and the first time I was well pleased. I do want to thank Jarrod for being so nice, friendly, and helpful. I do love my new KIA. More
