I had a great experience when I dropped my car off for service. My service advisor Jarrod was awesome, David who drove and picked me up from First Watch was awesome. The next day I noticed both my wiper blades were ripping apart and I kept getting a notification that my washer fluid was empty. But on the multi point inspection they were both checked off as “green”. Ally had left me a voicemail the day after my appointment to check on my visit. I called her back two different times and left her a voicemail to express my concern on 2 items being checked off as “ green “ that were actually “red”,but she never returned either of my calls. It’s pointless to have a representative call to discuss my visit and ask to call them back if they won’t return my call. I’m hopeful that nothing else was checked green but is actually red.
