I drive an hour for Oakland Acura! I live in San Jose and drive an hour for superior customer service and honesty in the the work they provide. I have been doing this drive for the past 3 years and do not regret a single mile I’ve driven. Last year, I had a code in my car that indicated I may have needed service. I wasn’t feeling well so I called Steven’s Creek just this once. I was told I needed to change My timing belt and it would cost me at least $1800. I learned my model car has a timing chain and it just needed lubrication after calling Oakland Acura. So rain or shine, sick or not, I take the drive. More

Great timely service with no hassel. I went in for an A1 service (oil change). Discovered other items that needed attention. Everything was explained in great detail. No pressure.
