Little wait time. Inspection report was not reviewed I had a 4:30 pm appointment for service. I was addisted promptly and my car was return to me within the quoted timeframe. 10 mins prior my car was rea I had a 4:30 pm appointment for service. I was addisted promptly and my car was return to me within the quoted timeframe. 10 mins prior my car was ready, my service advisor asked if I would like to go to the cashier to check. I said sure so he left me with the inspection report and the other paperwork. My inspection report was not reviewed with me then. When my car was ready, I had to ask the service advisor a question on the report and it was then he reviewed the report. when I got to my car, the car was washed but the inside was not vacummed. It was close to closing hours so I left without bring it up. More

Excellent experience from start to finish!! I had my ‘94 Integra towed into the service center and was promptly greeted by Jose Monterrosa. I told him the clutch pedal stayed in the depressed s I had my ‘94 Integra towed into the service center and was promptly greeted by Jose Monterrosa. I told him the clutch pedal stayed in the depressed state and I was unable to shift gears. He gave me a range of possible problems and a range costs so I could plan accordingly. He checked the car in and called me with status and updates over the next few days. He was very understanding and gave realistic timelines. I appreciate the knowledge and experience of the service crew at Oakland Acura. Even on this old car, I've found that the mechanics are not judgemental and also have a good sense of the problems and availability of parts. Jose was extra knowledgeable, having owned an Integra in the past. The shuttle driver, Manny, drove me to and from BART. He was professional, friendly and drove safely. The check out was positive.The clerk was very friendly, positive, and reminded me that they were moving and provided details. At all phases of the service, I felt like a valued customer.
