It was very frustrating to me that the technician could not identify the problem with my car and each service visit was costing me money. This review could easily have been negative, but thanks to the superior customer service Sunday provided my negative experience was changed. The first thing Sunday did was to sincerely apologize, and then he honored my request for a price adjustment, and then he made sure I received prompt updates to the status of my car. The final time I picked my car up he even told me he personally test drove my car to ensure the issue had been resolved. I truly felt like my business mattered, and that's what made me provide a 5 star rating. More

Great customer service ! Sunday was very nice and explained the necessary service requirements to me as indicated by my car and the recommended service schedule. He made sure my contact info was correct and that i had a ride home. He also called to inform me of other issues found with my car, and I was able to give my consent to have repairs made. One issue was actually under warranty! I was still able to pick up my car at the promised time and it was washed too! Since I moved to the area almost two years ago, this is why I always go to Oakland Acura for my service! More

They are always ready to help you out of your car, get your paperwork done Oakland Acura has, hands down, the best customer service I have ever seen. Never any lines, never any hassle. My husband has an Audi and it’s a totally different story over there: strict appointment times, long lines, no loaners.
