I called in to make an appointment to get my tires replaced and I was accommodated right away in a professional manner. Excellent customer service. Raymond in service followed up with me throughout the day so I was able to go about day knowing what was going on with my car. Although I was only getting my tires replaced, I got hooked up with a complimentary multipoint inspection and car wash. The atmosphere of the dealership felt friendly and welcoming as I was offered water and coffee as soon as I walked in.I recommend Oakland Acura. Punctual, transparent, lovely experience. More

Amazing Yet Again I used to take my car to a local mechanic but the talent at Oakland Acura coupled with their deep expertise has made me a regular customer. Forget about people saying that dealers gouge their customers -- quite the opposite. With specials and a staff that goes the extra mile (pun intended) the folks here are special. Plus, they have a wonderful waiting room with complementary teas, fruit, and pastries. And a shuttle if you need a ride. Kudos to Oakland Acura -- and service tech Gary -- for getting it right! More
