Expensive day, but Coupons Help I'm a single female and there's a known issue that mechanics and car dealers try to take advantage of women by selling them things they don't need. I I'm a single female and there's a known issue that mechanics and car dealers try to take advantage of women by selling them things they don't need. I can honestly say I don't get that vibe from Acura Oakland. I spent over $1500 but I got a lot work done on my 2007 Acura that included, timing belt, water pump, brakes and more. When I checked with other mechanics and Acura dealer's I was quoted upward of $2000 and that was just for service and timing belt. The Acura coupons are a great help and the understanding employees of Oakland Acura make a difference as well. I didn't feel too bad about the amount of money I spent. My car is completely up to date. Which will save me money in the long run More

I brought my MDX in for a routine oil and filter chang Gary Wong’s customer service was exceptional. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I brought my MDX in for a routine oil and filter change. Gary noticed that my MDX experienced a slow start and checked in on the battery. Since the car was still under warranty, he arranged to have the battery replaced. In the end, he delivered the car earlier than the estimated time of completion. I am extremely pleased with his level of customer service. Thank you Gary! More
