Good service experience Sunday was good to work with - friendly, professional, efficient, and communicative. The waiting area could be improved, though I know the dealership is moving. The area to pull into for service is a bit awkward as the space is limited. The car wash was interesting, probably more like a rinse, as there were still quite a few smudges on my car, and my car wasn’t vacuumed even though it was supposed to be (it was specified in the sla). Glad I was able to get a special for my service, though. More

Great! Jamie was great! I was trying to get my car out by a certain time and he worked with me and the service team to get it done in time. He was upfront Jamie was great! He was upfront that we might not be able to do the complementary car wash, which was totally fine, but we ended up being able to do it! He was communicating with me through the entire process and I really appreciated it. Thank you! A quick side note NOT related to Jamie -- I had called that morning to see if I could get a same day appointment and the gentleman who answered the phone said no and was a little abrupt. While I tried to ask for another day, my cell phone cut out for a few seconds, and he hung up the phone. I called back a few minutes later, and I spoke with a woman who was really friendly and got me in that morning. So kudos and thank you to the woman (so sorry I don't know her name) who helped me last minute and for her friendly service! More
