Worst visit yet I took my TL in for service on Monday at 9:30. I was told that I couldn’t have a loaner. During my 3 hour wait in the lounge, the customer sitting nex I took my TL in for service on Monday at 9:30. I was told that I couldn’t have a loaner. During my 3 hour wait in the lounge, the customer sitting next to me was OFFERED a loaner. I finally got my car around 12:30 but it wasn’t fixed. I returned it to the dealer around 1, sat in the lounge for a few minutes, then was given a loaner car. At 6:50pm on Tuesday I have no idea when I’ll get my car back because the only communication from Acura today has been annoying survey requests. More

They said they left the car outside and there’s constructions but yet they told me my car just came out of service 5 mins earlier. How the heck does the car get that dirty after 5 mins? Straight liars. Don’t come here for service. I’ll be going to Fremont or Pleasanton from now on. More
