I had been searching for FOREVER I knew exactly what I wanted and had been searching for over a year for the perfect FJ. I had traveled to multiple other dealerships to test drive veh I knew exactly what I wanted and had been searching for over a year for the perfect FJ. I had traveled to multiple other dealerships to test drive vehicles I'd found online, only to be disappointed. Chad was quick to respond to, and patient with my 1000 questions and gave me a value on my trade-in via photos, so I knew what to expect before making the drive. Once I got there, Chad was with another customer, so Courtney helped us out until Chad became available. Courtney was extremely helpful answering all of our questions. He even went back and brought out the mechanic on duty to answer some questions for us that he himself could not answer. Courtney also took it upon himself, since the detail team had already gone home for the day, to grab some cleaner and scrub off a few spots on the inside of the FJ that I had asked to be cleaned. When it came time to make the deal, they stood by their word on the value of my trade-in and the price that we discussed on the FJ. I never felt like I had to fight to get a good deal. I also think it's worth noting that, while I was there with my husband, I was the one buying the vehicle, and they knew that, and talked to me that way rather than talking only to him. I very much appreciated that. In the finance room, Chris talked to us like we were old friends. We shared hunting and fishing stories and told us about the FJ that his son drives. When we left, we went for dinner at a place down the road that Chad had recommended. We sat down to eat and Chad walked in the door with my spare key. Apparently, they had forgotten to give it to us so Chad made a special trip to find us and deliver it. Now THAT'S customer service! Lastly, I'd like to note that I waited a full week after making my purchase to write this review so that I could mention any issues that I may have noticed, but I have noticed none. My FJ is running great, and there have been zero surprises! Thanks Oakley Team, for a great experience! More

Had front end aligned on my truck. Had an alignment done on After front alignment was done I picked up my truck. I drove it and noticed the steering wheel was about 10 degrees off center. It was after 6 pm so i After front alignment was done I picked up my truck. I drove it and noticed the steering wheel was about 10 degrees off center. It was after 6 pm so i called the next dsy. I took the truck in, the mechanic adjusted it. When i picked up the truck, the service manager told me the mechanic said there was a little play in the front end and that is shy it had to be re adjusted.that was xxxxxxxx. I myself just put in new upper and lower ball joints and inner and outer tie rod ends. There is a minute amount of play in the pitman arm. Very, very minor. After I picked up my truck the second time, the steering wheel was straight. If the play was in the front end before and after the front end alignment, then why is the steering wheel straight now. After waiting a week to get in for the alignment, and traveling 35 miles on two ocassions to get the alignment and then the correction done I feel a full refund would be in order. The truth is, the technician got in a hurry and forgot to adjust the steering wheel straight. Makes me wonder if his other work was hurried and not done correctly. What would you think if you were me? More
