I am very pleased and would recommend anyone purchasing a new car to check them out. My check engine light came on within 24 hours are purchasing I called they got me in right away to the service department with Kevin a told me anything goes wrong just give him a Call. Chad is great, and their team is helpful! I typically thoroughly hate buying a new vehicle, mostly due to the average salesman I run into. I was pleased with the consistent honest communication and his patience and understanding of my hectic schedule! Outstanding Car Salesman Jack Miller Jack Miller came over & got to know us & what we were looking for. After driving 8 vehicles (He was so patient) We decided on the 2015 Acura RDX. Jack Jack Miller came over & got to know us & what we were looking for. After driving 8 vehicles (He was so patient) We decided on the 2015 Acura RDX. (And I love it) When I walked in I was fairly nervous, I had gone to other dealerships in the past like “buy here pay heres” and was always heavily pressured into out When I walked in I was fairly nervous, I had gone to other dealerships in the past like “buy here pay heres” and was always heavily pressured into outrageous payments on a vehicle I didn’t want. When I came to Oakley, it was the complete opposite of my prior experiences, I went with a specific vehicle in mind and Noah and Courtney went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck I wanted. They were unbelievably kind and easy to talk to, there wasn’t one moment where I felt like I was trapped or being pressured. Noah did a wonderful job! I will certainly recommend Oakley to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. I will also, certainly be back when the time comes for me to get another truck. More
