This was the first time I had bought a vehicle with financing, I was very impressed by the helpfulness and speed of the sales and finance department. This was the first time I had bought a vehicle with financing, and I had been told by others to expect to spend most of the day at a dealership. I was able to start the process online, and then after being shown several vehicles in my price range and test driving the one I chose, Chad was able to finish most of the paperwork in under an hour. My only slightly negative assesment is that the initial phone operator when you call Oakley can sound short and not too friendly over the phone. I recommend Oakley for both purchasing and maintaining your vehicle. More
