Know what you are buying Recently purchased an 06 Jeep Wrangler. It had just over 100K miles and was pretty clean. I had been looking for a long time and seen and driven qui Recently purchased an 06 Jeep Wrangler. It had just over 100K miles and was pretty clean. I had been looking for a long time and seen and driven quite a few. This appeared to be in better shape than most, and they were demanding top dollar. I decided it was worth spending more to avoid problems immediately. I have had the vehicle for 32 days and just over 300 miles driven (the majority driving back to KC). I am already looking at repair bills of $1K to $1,500 (Not covered by the Oakley Advantage program which I paid extra for). It is a 13 year old Jeep and they are not going to be perfect, but I am pretty disappointed since some of this should have obvious to their service team. To their credit they did write me a check for $140 to offset some of the costs and I am out of town so the service department their can’t help. It is a nice facility and the sales team was efficient and friendly. Like any dealer, be cautious and know what you want and what is reasonable on price. If you are local, their service folks might make a difference. Based on my experience I would call it an average experience at best and unfortunately would not recommend to my friends or family. More

Liked the dealership, hate the car! Car I purchased has issues, that unfortunately I didn't catch on test drive. We addressed the ones we could see and the service department took care of them except for one that I brought up at the time. The convertible top rubs against the body of car on top and it's the most annoying sound constantly. The service department said there is no fix for that. Before I could almost drown it out with the radio, but they had taken the dash apart to replace heater core, now I have no reception on the radio. All I want to do is get rid of car! Again, the people were nice enough, but I feel let down with the car purchase. More
