Quick and Easy buying experience. Worked with Chad at Oakley Auto World this weekend. I was interested about a car that I saw on the website and called up. Went to the dealership to look at the car and Chad was very upfront about the vehicle and its history (93 Wrangler, so obviously rough around the edges to say the least!) After a test drive, we went inside to discuss price and I found Chad to be very understanding and honest in the negotiation. I felt happy with price that we agreed on and the whole time at dealership was probably 45 mins. Also there was a really well behaved dog there that was very friendly, my wife appreciated that very much! More

An amazing experience We had some terriable experiences with other dealerships. We went in with very negative attitudes, but we needed a second car. EVERYONE was so helpful, polite and respectful. Larry was wonderful from the start and treated us so well. The car we selected had not been there long and they pointed out things that needed to be fixed. Scott and Larry both exhibited patience and helpfulness. We will definitely do business here again. Nervous buyer... completely at ease with Oakley Why 5 stars? 1. They are informative but not pushy; the salesmen that assisted me were all very competent about the variety of vehicles and their Why 5 stars? 1. Every vehicle I checked-out was impeccably clean inside and out' they take pride in their products and their showroom/office spaces and bathrooms... they care about the comfort of their customers. 3, Almost every vehicle I checked-out had incredibly low mileage and most asking prices were far below the local competitor's; even nationally speaking. These 2 facts, of course, were MAJOR selling points for me. 4. The purchasing experience was hassle-free and pleasant; thank you Richard, Chad, Jack M., Courtney and Chris. 5. The online pics and info are probably the most thorough of any dealership in southwest Missouri. It made the research phase of shopping a breeze and I didn't have to waste time on the lot.
