True Review Found a Jeep we liked online at Oakley and expressed interest. We were soon contacted by Richard Branch and discussions began about our potential trad Found a Jeep we liked online at Oakley and expressed interest. We were soon contacted by Richard Branch and discussions began about our potential trade-in,etc. The dealership had Carfax information with the listing, so it was easy to research its history. Richard continued working with us and we ultimately made the 2.5hr drive to buy the Jeep. We arrived and were met by Courtney Kirkpatrick and Richard. Both of those guys were very nice, no pressure, type people as well as being very knowledgable about the Jeep we were looking at (we had never owned a Jeep). We test drove the Jeep afterwhich Courtney and Richard went thru known issues with it (unusual as most sales people will try to hide them). This prompted discussions about price modification and resolutions. Courtney and Richard were really good with all this, which was great because I typically pull the plug immediately if I detect BS. From here, we met Chris Horton to see about financing options. I didnt think he could beat my credit union interest rate and came prepared. Well, I was wrong, by nearly a full percentage. Chris was very nice, thorough, and also a Jeep owner so he continued to help us with our decisions. The whole process was actually pleasant and we are very happy. So, we leave driving our Jeep down the road. We get 5 miles away and a check engine light comes on. We call Richard who tells us to come back so they can fix it. We return and meet service manager Kevin Luttrell who was very busy but dropped what he was doing to address our problem. 30 min later the issue was resolved and we were on our way home very happy with how we were treated. I am writing this 3 days after the purchase and weve heard from Richard at least twice asking if we need anything or have any questions, which I did. Richard has maintained communication even after the Jeep has long left their lot. Very nice. I usually dread walking on to a dealer lot, but this experience was a very good one Thanks guys More
