The sales department is Great! The service department is the worst! My tires were, once again, not rotated. They lied to me when I questioned them about the tire rotation. Two of my Tires were not refilled to the appropriate PSI; one was overfilled by 10 PSI, and the other was underfilled. My battery posts were not cleaned, even though the invoice was marked as done. I paid extra to have them look at the windshield wiper fluid pump, which was not working. Service advisor Braxton Alsip told me they had found and repaired the issue with the pump. Although I could tell they had done some work on the wiper fluid system, it still wasn't working at all. I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in to have a safety recall repaired, but it wasn't done! More

Braxton was friendly and informed me that my auto-doc was expired. I wish I had known that before driving 2. 5 hours to get serviced at Ocean. Then I arrived home to find a summer coupon, which I was NOT off expired. I wish I had known that before driving 2. 5 hours to get serviced at Ocean. Then I arrived home to find a summer coupon, which I was NOT offered, even though I ASKED for the most inexpensive route, since I am on limited income. To charge for diagnostics for a recall IF the car doesn’t show the specific issue prohibited me from accessing the recall. THAT IS xx!! I”ve always come back to Ocean to buy and service my cars because of their dependability and kindness. ON the way HOME my tire air pressure light came on- after Ocean supposedly rotated my tires. They did this last time as well. Done with Ocean for now. More

They will make you come after they guarantee you that you will get approved they give you the car but a week later they want it back because your credit is low but they promised you in the beginning that you will get approved they give you the car but a week later they want it back because your credit is low but they promised you in the beginning that you don't have to have good credit to get approved so they lie to me. Don't buy here More

This place is the absolute worst! !!! Never going back! I ordered tires $1500 I had to take off work 4 times because they kept messing up and didn’t order the tires when they told me t !!! Made an appointment for an 8am oil change returned by uber at 6pm and they hadn’t started on my oil change! A coworker said they had the same problem! Ocean Honda is getting a very bad reputation around town. No one is going back More
