Flip, service liaison, is great to work with. Overall to notch. What was not in Flip's control is that by the time my car was worked on there were no more replacement parts for the recall. The intake system was terrible. When I arrived there seemed to be only one person at the intake area & he was finishing up with a customer. He said someone would be right with me. Af When I arrived there seemed to be only one person at the intake area & he was finishing up with a customer. He said someone would be right with me. After waiting for over 30 minutes with my car I asked a young man if he could check to see why it was taking so long. Jonathan Chaney came out within minutes to assist me. He made a comment about there being 5 other representatives on duty & couldn't justify why they made me wait so long. Jonathan wrote up the paper work & I waited over 3 hours for service to be completed. The customer service was clearly substandard. More
