Service team was excellent but the 3rd party windshield repair person showed up rather late.after 4pm. At least he showed up before the end of the day. Service team was remarkably polite and extra-helpful. Whole team worked to get me home and back to the dealer in good shape. Windshield is satisfactorily repaired and looks pretty good with only tiny cracks left. Service team really is a gem and my wife loves this dealership and said it is more than worth the high markup and the extreme cost of extras that was thrown onto the car at purchase! She said the service team is the best she has seen and loves the feel and look of the dealership, their community reputation and the way they treat their customers! It’s a fun place to go and really nice people, so I guess my wife is right! More

I was told to walk in for my oil change. When I got there, they said it would take half a day so I scheduled it for two later. So the day of I drop it off at 8 AM, it took the service writer When I got there, they said it would take half a day so I scheduled it for two later. So the day of I drop it off at 8 AM, it took the service writer 45 minutes to get to me. When I left, they said it would be about an hour and a half. They called me told me they were understaffed and said my car wouldn’t be ready till 2:30 in the afternoon. That’s 8 1/2 hours for an oil change. Dismal… More
