I just had my second wonderful experience at Bernadi Honda! Anthony Putignano is so wonderful to deal with. The service was fast, courteous and I was totally happy with the service. I recently switched to Bernardi Honda after going to Herb Chambers in Seekonk and Silko Honda in Raynham. My first encounter was with Anthony Putignano, a Service Consultant at the Brockton Bernardi Honda. Chambers in Seekonk and Silko Honda in Raynham. My first encounter was with Anthony Putignano, a Service Consultant at the Brockton Bernardi Honda. Anthony had a pleasant manner, was professional and quite informative. While waiting for my vehicle, he would keep me informed of how much longer the wait was and always greeted myself, along with other customers, with a genuine smile. I have continued to use this location for my service needs because they have excellent customer service skills and truly take pride in the great job they provide. I praise Anthony and his other staff members because they have been kind, courteous, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. This service department has been outstanding compared to the others I have dealt with in the past. I have been to this dealership 3 times to service my car. At the end of each service, I always asked myself why did I not buy my car from this dealership. I went to this recently opened Honda dealership in Brockton, MA for a major service to my 2006 Civic EX 4Dr with 90K miles on it. The engine block had a crack on it. Luckily this serious problem with Brockton, MA for a major service to my 2006 Civic EX 4Dr with 90K miles on it. The engine block had a crack on it. Luckily this serious problem with the power-train was covered by the extended Honda warranty up to eight years for my car. Bernardi service department had taken care of the repair work very well and the help of Anthony Putignano was particularly very nice and courteous. For me, everything was a happy ending in this matter. Thank you Bernardi Honda! More

I walk in to Bernardi Honda this evening to take care of my car recall, and they were very busy. On the recall letter from Honda they say the recall will take all day, so I drove in and Sami was in the driv my car recall, and they were very busy. On the recall letter from Honda they say the recall will take all day, so I drove in and Sami was in the drive way waiting he was very help full, and the best thing that he get me in and out with in 40 min WOW, he show me around the dealer ship he was very friendly and professional. I left this dealership with a big WOW. I will recommend this service department to everyone I know. More

I recently moved to Brockton and this was my first time bringing my Civic to Bernardi -unfortunatley- for a costly repair.
