These folks wrote the book on a good dealership service scam. Schedule your appointment online weeks in advance. Get you in the door. Not have the parts in stock that they need even though you were expl scam. Schedule your appointment online weeks in advance. Get you in the door. Not have the parts in stock that they need even though you were explicit in the work to be done in advance. Bait, switch, and triple your cost for no difference in labor & parts. Maybe even add a few 'Services' that aren't REALLY needed so they can get more money out of you. They will offer you a complimentary water (that is exciting) and even a LIFT (I wonder where that hidden cost comes from...). They are not transparent at all. Each part gets an hour of labor assigned to it. Even if that labor is "take part out of box and put it next to other part." Once you call them on their xx, they "Find a coupon" that can reduce cost. Lipstick on a pig. I would not recommend this place to my enemies, neverminded friends and family members. I see Ocean Honda going the same route as all of the other previous owners of this location. Bought by some other company trying to make this location work. More
I bought a vehicle on August 5th 2020. I negotiate the term of my extend warranty at the purchase of my car. The following day, on August 6th 2020 the dealership called me while I was at I negotiate the term of my extend warranty at the purchase of my car. The following day, on August 6th 2020 the dealership called me while I was at work and they told me that the credit Union that was supposed to financed me, didn't accept to finance my car. They told me that they were able to find another bank that was willing to finance my loan for the purchase of the vehicle. They told me that I need to come immediatly to the dealership to sign new paperwork only for the financing but nothing else would change about the terms of the sale. They draft a new warranty contract without my consent and without my knowledge. They told me that it was still the same terms that I negociate the day before but it was a complete different coverage. In February 2023, I started to experience mechanical issues with the car. When I went to dealership to have the car fixed, this is when I stumbled on that new warranty contract. I find out that my coverage was already over since 2022. Also find out that I had the basic coverage which is not what I negotiate with them, in fact, the coverage I requested was a 5 years terms that would expired August 2025 which covers any engine related problems, transmissions related problems and electrical problems. It was the platinum coverage, not the basic coverage. The day of the closing of the sale, All the papers that they handed me were all dated from August 5th in order for me to not realize that they defrauded me by switching my coverage on my warranty contract. They are dishonest. More

Quick help on Newer HONDA THAT IS SMARTER THAN THE OPERATOR. I tried to reset info on console to show something and lost,, out of sight,total miles on car. I tried with no luck. He got behind wheel,hit button got info where I wanted, and since we are going on a trip he quickly,in the car updated our in car gps. Quick,efficient, no cost. Very pleased with Ocean One auto in Brockton. Thank you Michael. More

Oil change finished .car cleaned and asked if I had any questions. I have faith in their service and the attitude of people handling all areas of dealership has been good. I believe they have staff that can communicate with those customers that English is not first language . Until the good service changes for some reason it will be where I take my 2018 Honda Accord Touring. Would like to note that service,better parts always avoidable at the Honda dealership. Means much to me. More

Dishonest and incompetent service department Made an appointment to have Mcgovern Honda take care of a recall on my 2018 Honda CR-V. Had the appointment for two weeks for my only day off. The morning of the appointment I cleaned out the veyto get it ready to take it in. Two hoirs before my appointment, McGovern Honda called and said they ran out of parts and cancelled the appointment. After talking to Honda corporate office, they said the recall involved NO parts, just a software update AND McGovern had told Honda Corporate that I cancelled the appointment. Needless to say, I won't be going back to McGovern Honda for anything ever again. More
