After talking to Honda corporate office, they said the recall involved NO parts, just a software update AND McGovern had told Honda Corporate that I cancelled the appointment. Needless to say, I won't be going back to McGovern Honda for anything ever again. More

Three hours before the appointment, they cancel it, saying that they ran out of parts for the recall. There are no parts needed, it's a software update. I won't be buying anything or having my vehicle serviced by such a dishonest dealership that blatantly lies to customers. More

He said need to ask his supervisor . After minute salesman come back said okay for that. Today i bring my car over there. A Service ask me to pay for oil change. I said no because a salesman promised me for free oil change for years. After that I talked to my salesman about it. He said he forgot what he answer. He checked all my information said I don’t have any paper sign for free oil change. I said I don’t know have to sign any papers about it. I thought a salesman already write a note on my file. I don’t mind to pay $30 dollar because I have coupon. At least let me know if dealer doesn’t have it for me. I’m returning customer too. Other car Honda CRV 2016 I bought in 2015 in November at McGovern Honda. They doing great exceptional job in previous years. Just why I coming back my car. In this case I so disappointed that in further I will not coming back this dealer no more. They break what they promised customers. If you don’t promise, you shouldn’t lie to customers. Thanks McGovern Honda doing anything for me. Today responsibilities for receiving my services staff Bill Harris service Advisor. He doing exceptional customer service. He explained anything to me. Thanks. McGovern Honda should hiring more staff like him to make more customer to buy car . More

Horrible customer service- wish Bernardi didn't sell I am very disappointed with McGovern Honda in Brockton. They took over the former dealership that has worked on my car & my 1st interaction with this I am very disappointed with McGovern Honda in Brockton. They took over the former dealership that has worked on my car & my 1st interaction with this dealer was horrible. The service rep Lisa was not very helpful or knowledgable at all. They ordered parts 2 weeks in advance they are wrong and the staff & service did not even let me know when they would be in or offer to set up another appt. You must have a ton of businees and not need mine. I will be going elsewhere to a dealer who wants my money and can manage to hire people who offer a pleasant experience to paying customers. More

The man there looked athis computer screen, not at me I told him my name and that I had an appt. He looked at the screen went out to my car and got mileage came back again and said are you here for the tires again never looking at me. I asked if he had a record of my appointment and he said yes oil change and inspection, He tried to sell me the bundled service which I was not interested in, again talking into his screen. After I signed the work order, he told me that he would get me out of there in 2 hours!!!!!! Excuse me I have an appointment for this service why 2 hours. Now he looked at me and tried to negotiate how long the service would take. I decided to leave at that point. He raised his voice and said how about 25 minutes. I left and went to a gas station down the road and had my sticker within 10 minutes. Oil change can wait. I hope there is not a medical reason, but I found it extremely rude to be dealing with a guy wearing a baseball cap in a business setting. More

I was in the market for a new car but wasn't sure what vehicle would be my next purchase. While walking around the lot the very friendly and smiling face of Lunel approached to see if we had any questions. He was easy to deal with...no pressure.....his approach was refreshing and unlike what I have experienced in the past while purchasing a new car. I am now driving my new 2014 Accord which I love. The price was right....no haggling...I was given a very fair trade-in on my old car and the customer service all around was excellent. Highly recommend Bernardi Honda of Brockton and most especially would recommend Lunel. I am in sales myself and I don't want the heavy pressure sales pitch....you won't get that from Lunel. He's knowledgeable, helpful and always has a smile on his face! Thanks Lunel, I will bring my husband there when he is ready to trade-in his Pilot. PS....kudos also go to the management, finance people and service department...all very friendly and understand the importance of good customer service. Oh...can't forget the girls at the front desk...they were great too More

Bernardi Brockton I am not at all pleased with the Bernardi Brockton I am not at all pleased with the service department and pricing. 10:30 1/16/2014 I have a 2012 CRV and I called this morning abou Bernardi Brockton I am not at all pleased with the service department and pricing. 10:30 1/16/2014 I have a 2012 CRV and I called this morning about a problem that I was having with my battery going dead. First of all Bernardi Honda Brockton is not in the telephone book. You have to call Bernardi Hundi to get the Honda branch. When I finally got though to the right service department I told the person on the telephone that I was having trouble with the battery going dead, that I had the alternator tested and it was the determination of the non Bernardi service personnel that helped me with a jump that it was the battery. I asked the service person on the phone at Bernardi if the battery was covered by warrantee. He never asked the milage, but did tell me that it was covered but prorated and there could be an adjustment on a replacement battery if it was needed. He told me to come in and they would take a look at it. I took time off from work and drove to Brockton only to be told that the milage on the car, 38,000 plus voided any battery warrantee and a new one would cost $149. He said that it was most likely the battery as he never saw an alternator go bad in 38,000 miles. I was also told that you never top up a battery with water. Then why does it have caps just like the old batteries? If I am not supposed to open it up to check the water level, what am supposed I to do? Just wait until it leaves me stranded somewhere? Why did I have to drive to Brockton to find out that information? I realize that most folks do not have the ability to replace their own battery and you are in the business of not encouraging it. However, I feel that your service department could have asked a few more questions on the telephone, like milage and then informed me that there was no warrantee left on the battery. Further more why would I want to pay that kind of money for a 3 year battery, that left me stranded in less than 2 years? Last year my wife took the car in for its, maybe 12,000 mile oil change. I was shocked at the bill that was to change the oil, rotate the tires, look at the brake pads and check fluids. I could have gotten the same service at a nationally advertised chain service center for half that amount and I could have done it myself for about a quarter of the $125.00+ charged. Never again! This is the 5th CRV we have owned so it is obvious we like this model but, Bernardi is losing points points fast though. The 3rd CRV we owned we bought through your Natick store. We had a bad experience in closing that deal. We negotiated a price with sales and then the finance guy changed the numbers on the final price and insisted that it was what the deal was. We eventually got back to what we had originally agreed on. We went back to Bernardi this time only because you honored a quote from another dealer that was much lower than you had offered originally. This is why I am not happy with Bernardi!
