Drop off / pick up was very easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. I was there for two recall repairs - the reason for the 4 star rating is because one of the parts was not in stock for my friendly and professional. I was there for two recall repairs - the reason for the 4 star rating is because one of the parts was not in stock for my first appointment and a second visit was required to complete the work. This issue was apparently due to a coordination issue between the dealership and some external service. Overall the experience was good and timely, but not 100% efficient. More
