First, I love your shuttle service! The gentlemen that drove me home and picked me up were so friendly and safe drivers. Max, who checked me in, was great as well. The one error was , when I called to make my appointment, I asked to have rain guards put on but that didn’t make it on my order and they weren’t in stock. Max made sure they got ordered and told me to come Saturday at my convenience and they’d get them put on which is great customer service in my book! More

Seemed very disorganized. The first day was a waste, threw their hands up and said he couldn’t get the door open—i know, that’s what I brought it in! Communication wasn’t great, I had to keep reaching out for updates. Excuses about senior tech and didn’t have a part. I have always gone to the Brockton location, Hanover is more convenient but I will be going back to Brockton in the future. More
