Patrick in service tells me that he'll take care of me with a new tire rim for free, which I wouldn't have needed if they hadn't scratched it all up in the first place . Received awful customer service, because of their screw up. Patrick in Service tells me the wait for the car will be about an hour and a half. They made me wait for 3 hours to put on a new tire rim. Although there are other Honda dealers that are closer to where I live, I am more than willing to make the longer drive to Weymouth Honda because their service department is fabulous. They always explain everything clearly and are up-front about costs and potential future work needed. They were even flexible when I showed up one time without an appointment. Needless to say, I have been very pleased with my experience there! More

Called the service department and was told it would cost $250 just to diagnose the problem, and "up to $1,000 to fix it. The guy gave me a song and dance about having to push dye through the system looking for leaks and other nonsense. I am female and I think he figured he could take advantage of me. I went to a guy I have used many times before where I used to live (independent), and he fixed it for $74. Buying a new car at the end of the year. I won't be buying it from Weymouth Honda. More
Went Beyond Normal Duty Purchased a used CRV from them, and after the 30 day warranty expired, the CRV started experiencing Air Conditioning issues. After googling, found out Purchased a used CRV from them, and after the 30 day warranty expired, the CRV started experiencing Air Conditioning issues. After googling, found out that AC issues are common with the CRV, and can run you upwards of $3,000. My heart sank when I found out the extended warranty of 8 years/100,000 miles on the AC clutch compressor/coils had just expired, and so I was prepping myself for the worst after reading horror stories from other Honda CRV owners and their experiences at their dealerships. Weymouth fixed the issue and absorbed most of the cost out of "good will" though my car was a few months past the warranty. It was a humbling experience to know that you can trust a car dealership once in a while :) More

This is my 3-rd leased vehicle, the other two being Mazda 3. They offer one of the best new car pricing, beaten only by one other Honda dealer in Boston area. What I liked about this place is that the price that we have discussed with my salesperson over the phone was actually the final price. They did not conceal taxes or fees like many other dealerships do. The process was smooth from initial contact to delivery. I went ahead and made it a single payment lease, paying close to $4,000 in advance for the entire lease duration of 24 months. In the hindsight, I should have chosen one of their monthly payment leases. At 6,000 miles (July) it was time for the first oil change. Impressed by the leasing experience I decided to go out of my way and make a 25-mile trip from Brighton to get an oil change at Weymouth Honda as well, even though there is another Honda dealership 1/2 mile from my house. 2 months after the oil change, oil light comes on while driving on the highway and 1/4 mile later the car stalls and does not restart. I had to get it towed to the nearest Honda dealership. The verdict: engine ceased, $12,000 to replace. The cause: oil drain bolt not properly torqued after the oil change, gradually working its way, eventually popping out and spilling engine oil all over the Turnpike, before the engine ceased. The car has been in the shop since (4 weeks now and counting). I have talked to the service manager at Weymouth Honda a few times. He refuses to acknowledge their negligence. He also told me on the phone that he discussed it with the general manager and Weymouth Honda refuses to repair the car or even notify their garage insurance company. I have requested this statement in writing 2 weeks ago, but still have not received it. The last time I checked on the status of this statement with the service manager, it was being reviewed by the "higher powers" (after clarification, the "higher powers" turned out to be the general manager). In the meanwhile I have also contacted Honda Customer Service, BBB, Honda Lease Trust and sent a certified-mail letter to Honda headquarters in California. Nobody has offerred any kind of a solution. In fact nobody seems to care at all. The service manager seems to think that I have unscrewed the bolt myself. I don't even know what the thing looks like or where it is located. I have to mention that I had to cancel multiple meetings at work because of this issue. I had to rent a car at my own expense for 15 days. The service manager told me that they "do not provide service rentals and never have". This is funny because the receipt for the very same oil change says that "service rentals are available". This ended up costing me over $1000 extra, on top of the lease that I am paying for but are not able to use. Last weekend I bought a car from another dealer. Have to get to work somehow, right? Can't rent forever, either! Since then I am preparing for a court hearing. Finally, I would like to thank the people at Weymouth Honda for a perfect opportunity to learn the subtleties of the leasing process. I have gained a great deal of experience from this. I am looking forward to learning Massachussets consumer protection laws and asserting them in court. You live you learn indeed. I was basically forced to go to Weymouth Honda after having a malfunction with my car alarm/radio unit. The local mechanic that I normally bring it to told me that it was something that could only be re having a malfunction with my car alarm/radio unit. The local mechanic that I normally bring it to told me that it was something that could only be repaired by a dealership. Given where I live, Weymouth Honda was the closest. From the moment I drove on to the lot I was put off by the lack of customer parking as well as a pretty decrepit service area with rude service people. Long story short, I ended up having to bring the car back twice to correct the problem and in the end, they had to disable the radio as that was the only way they could "fix" the malfunctioning alarm. So after being out over $600, I no longer had a working radio or alarm system. Since that time I have taken my business to Prime Honda and despite the fact it is a little further away, they actually treat you right and they don't give you the runaround like they do at Weymouth Honda. This was by far the best dealership experience I've had in a long time. While Weymouth Honda was a bit of a distance, it was all worth it. I felt like my car was truly taken care of and looked at to make in a long time. While Weymouth Honda was a bit of a distance, it was all worth it. I felt like my car was truly taken care of and looked at to make sure that I was absolutely safe in it. I was even given the heads up about future service that would need to happen in order to keep the care in good shape. They also are truly price competitive. I recently recommended it to my Mom who just had her car serviced their the other day. As she pointed out (jokingly of course), the only reason why she wouldn't buy a car from them was because they were truly smart and she couldn't outwit them! We both had a great experience and look forward to bringing our cars there in the future. More
