It’s always a very smooth process from the moment you drop your car off until is all done. The service managers go over what you want or recommend they repair and how much it will cost. Had my 2015 Accord Hybrid in for service (transmission fluid drain & refill and brake fluid exchange) on 4/25/24- not inexpensive work! I made my appt thru Christian DeLauro, as he has been the Service R fluid drain & refill and brake fluid exchange) on 4/25/24- not inexpensive work! I made my appt thru Christian DeLauro, as he has been the Service Rep I've dealt with for the past 15 yrs or so (I had a Civic Hybrid before this Accord). I trust Christian completely in advising me (along with my owner's manual) as to what work my Accord really needs to have done. Work was completed on time; car got washed; and I was happy! I've purchased both of my Hondas from Nora Kelly, who's still in sales with Ocean., and I'd use her again when in the market for a new car. Thus, I always stop by to say "Hi" to Nora when I have my car in for service. More
