Had my 2015 Accord Hybrid in for service (transmission fluid drain & refill and brake fluid exchange) on 4/25/24- not inexpensive work! I made my appt thru Christian DeLauro, as he has been the Service R fluid drain & refill and brake fluid exchange) on 4/25/24- not inexpensive work! I made my appt thru Christian DeLauro, as he has been the Service Rep I've dealt with for the past 15 yrs or so (I had a Civic Hybrid before this Accord). I trust Christian completely in advising me (along with my owner's manual) as to what work my Accord really needs to have done. Work was completed on time; car got washed; and I was happy! I've purchased both of my Hondas from Nora Kelly, who's still in sales with Ocean., and I'd use her again when in the market for a new car. Thus, I always stop by to say "Hi" to Nora when I have my car in for service. More
