I am completely satisfied with my service. Christian remains the main reason I bring my car to Honda. He always takes time to explain the service that is scheduled. He really helped me plan the timing for the replacement of my rear shock absorbers. He told that I could hold off until my next service which is when my car reaches 100,000 miles. He explained that that was a very expensive service and suggested that I call him when I was ready to pay for the shock absorbers and he would order them and get them in before the next big service. I was so grateful for his advice and assurance that it would be all right to wait for a month to do the shock absorbers. I am so glad he explained that to me. I was ready with the appointment and payment and now am the proud owner of new rear shocks! Thank you Christian! More
