It took 4 hrs for my oil change & brake inspection when I was told 2 hrs. Then I was told two different pricings by Luigi & Nori. The attitude from Nori was underwhelming. I do not recommend Was told the windshield wiper dispenser was ordered and arrived for me prior to my visit but when I showed up they did not have it and told me it would be $457 to replace and woul dispenser was ordered and arrived for me prior to my visit but when I showed up they did not have it and told me it would be $457 to replace and would have to order it. Why didn’t they tell me that when I made my appointment? Also, twice in the past they forgot to tell me my car was ready and I saw people come and go and when I went to ask they’d say, “it’s been ready for over an hour with no apology”. And this is after 2-2.5 hours. I sit in the waiting room right next to their desks. There’s no way I missed that TWO TIMES. And, they don’t know about discounts for car docs. Had to replace a couple of things and had to pull up proof that I get a discount on services with car doc. More
