Luigi. I was told that my vehicle's issue was the same as it was the last 3 times I brought in and that it's no longer covered by warranty yet I just had it in last month.

I wanted to share my experience I had here at Ocean Honda on Friday I came in to exchange my 21 Honda Accord and my salesman was Mario super awesome experience I had here at Honda everyone was so polite very on Friday I came in to exchange my 21 Honda Accord and my salesman was Mario super awesome experience I had here at Honda everyone was so polite very patient with me as I made my decision which took some time but Mario was very patient with me and understanding. I was so comfortable with my service I was able to walk out with a brand new 2025 Honda HRV and so happy with my decision as they guided me every step of the way I highly recommend coming here if you plan on buying or leasing any Honda which I prefer than any other cars you will get the service that you want plus more thank you once again Honda and Mario for my wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. More

Took a couple of times for service department to figure out problem with car which I would rate a 2. The service manager had it checked properly to approved replacement.. The team however was courteous, out problem with car which I would rate a 2. The service manager had it checked properly to approved replacement.. The team however was courteous, thorough, detailed and knowledgeable once we got the vehicle dropped off. Jayleen was the best to help me this time .The rest of serve department team was great as well from start to finish. More
