Avoid the Sales Management team members Keith Thomas and Aaron Gillison Jr. After I made an counter offer, that was slightly below Keith Thomas's first offer for the vehicle, I l decide to go home and thi Aaron Gillison Jr. After I made an counter offer, that was slightly below Keith Thomas's first offer for the vehicle, I l decide to go home and think about since it was only $200 dollars different. Keith then proceeded to yell at me for not buying a vehicle today across the car show room. Keith put on a mask and approach me at the dealership front desk and demand I show him why I was not buying a vehicle today. I did not comply and left. Then working with Aaron Gillison Jr over the phone the next day, Aaron did not follow through with communicating what we discussed and agreed to over the phone and to make sure my credit application was processed. Aaron call it "miscommunication" for causing me to work with Louis in finance to resolve. The transaction could have been made simpler and wonder how this sales management team is delivery cars at customer homes. The quote from Keith... "I am not worried about your referral, we sell 200 cars per week" Aaron Gillison Jr. took every opportunity to throw every under reporting employee under the bus. I think this sad when they have an amazing staff in the front end of the business. More
