When one of my two preferences was located I was informed of their intent to secure the vehicle on my behalf. I agreed and was told the approximate time of delivery at which time I could look it over, drive it and make my decision whether it was,in fact, “my car” and I could then purchase it It was and I did. Courteous but more time consuming that necessary Everyone is very friendly in the service department and they do a good job of keeping you updated on the progress of the services. However, no matter how early the appointment or which day of the week, a simple oil change can take anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours. Making an appointment is largely useless. I will point out that for the first time in nearly 5 years of getting my oil changed at this dealership, they did not try to sell me useless services that I did not need. More

Great sales but some misunderstandings We went in to buy a Mazda CX-9 that we saw online. The sales process was smooth and our salesman, Kevin was knowledgeable and personable. The car, sin We went in to buy a Mazda CX-9 that we saw online. The sales process was smooth and our salesman, Kevin was knowledgeable and personable. The car, since it was newly acquired, was not fully inspected, detailed, and washed when we arrived, but we were told that would be done most likely by the time that we were done with the finance process. A couple of hours later, the vehicle had only been washed and neither an inspection or a detail had been done on the car. We were given a loaner as we could not wait another 3 hours, and were contacted later that night that the car needed 4 new tires and that it should be ready the next day. The next night the car was delivered to our home (which was appreciated), however, when we tried the power truck lift, the mechanism didn’t work (which we believed would typically be a part of the final inspection), and the stainless steel protector on the outside of the trunk (which we were told was going to be fixed during inspection) was not fixed. When we contacted the dealership again today and let them know about our concerns, we were told that the manager would need be consulted about fixing them. The three star review is for Kevin and Keith that loaned us his car when he knew that we needed to get back home. The service/inspection side of the house we felt to be the main issue. Edit: Aaron, one of the managers, contacted us and explained that there had been some miscommunication. He offered to work with us as best as he could, and made himself available if we had further questions down the road. More
