My daughter and son-in-law had recently purchased an AWD CX-3 for my grandaughter and was very pleased with the car and the service she received with the Mazda. She started looking on line and texted me to go by and look at the smaller SUV. I took her advice and went there just to look around. I was met when I arrived by a nice young lady named Sandra, who instantly I took a liking to. We discussed the reason for my visit and she had several vehicles that fit my description. We went on a few test drives and I was surprised at how easily I could get in and out of the car. I like being able to sit a little taller and have great visibility when I am driving. I ended up buying the Mazda CX-5 and was happy with how fast the financing portion went. They found me a lower rate that my current financial institution was willing to offer and the rest went very quickly and smoothly. Great experience for me. I highly recommend Roswell Mazda to everyone car shopping. More

Very good experience My family and I dropped by Mazda Roswell to test drive a Mazda 3 we found on the dealer website. It was pretty cold & rainy out but Chris Bourlakis My family and I dropped by Mazda Roswell to test drive a Mazda 3 we found on the dealer website. It was pretty cold & rainy out but Chris Bourlakis came out immediately to welcome us. After a guided tour of the car’s interior/exterior, Chris grabbed the keys, warmed up the car, and we took it for a spin around the block. Chris knows his product cold, so the experience was closer to dropping by the apple store than the typical car dealership. One area he walked me through that was really helpful was the infotainment system. Every car is different and it’s hard to quickly get a sense of how easy it is change channels on the radio or make a phone call. But he took the time to let me sync my phone to the car’s Bluetooth receiver and walk me through all the features. He’s a really friendly guy who knows the cars he’s selling and I thought he did a great job. The purchase part of the deal was easy. The price advertised on website was the same as the price at the dealer. Lots of cash-back deals to get the 2018’s off the lot, so I felt pretty good about the price I paid. The dealer’s website has all the fees/taxes/etc listed below the car’s description so I was able to calculate what the price should be before I arrived at the dealer. It was pleasant surprise to see their numbers matched mine. No hard sells on all the dealer add-on’s (e.g., fabric protectors, warranties)..it was more like, “here’s what we offer if you’re interested”. Louis Safdie, the finance director, walked me through all the paperwork. Louis was also a very friendly guy and his process to walk through all the paper work was quick & streamlined. Documents were signed on what is essentially a giant tablet embedded in his desk. The beauty of it is that you walk out the dealer with all your paperwork on a thumb-drive. Awesome. The temporary tag they gave me was good until March. My permanent plates and title arrived about 3 weeks after I purchased the car… plenty of time left to spare. That was absolutely great. The dealership itself is new and nice inside. Again, it has more of an apple store feel than a car dealership. They had a couple of big screen TVs on the wall with the NFC championship game on so I hung out/ B.S.ed with the GM (Clevelin Clay) & Louis while they were prepping my car. I got a couple of calls from the dealership in the following weeks to see how things were going. The car itself (Mazda 3Touring 6MT) is awesome so far. I didn’t realize that heated seats are a necessity. As it turns out, I don’t think I can live without them anymore. Overall, this was a very good experience. Thanks! Derek H. More
