A good overall experience I found this dealership to be very clean and nice looking inside. One of the best I have been in. The staff were all friendly. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours by 2 of the staff but it took almost 3. Just know this process takes time. My circumstances might be different than yours but I would dedicate 2 hours at least to drive and buy. The car was in great shape. They did miss 2 things which I think is bad for a CPO and is why they are not getting 5 stars from me. They did not have the navigation chip in the cx5 2016.5 touring and it's supposed to be there. The sales guy did not know this but had only been there a month. Also, upon buying the car and getting on the interstate it had a vibration in the steering wheel. My guess is the tires were not balanced properly. They should have been. I now have to take it to a local dealer as I bought this far from where I live. I trusted a CPO meant ready to go. They sent me a new navigation chip and have been good to me. Just pay attention as human error happens and people miss stuff. Good overall experience. More

We were pleasantly greeted by Walker Arrington on the showroom floor. He was very friendly and professional and NOT AT ALL the typical car salesman but rather very relaxed and incredibly informed about all of the Mazda vehicles. In no way did we feel rushed, pushed or lead to certain cars. We talked about our vehicles of interest and he was very knowledgeable about each and every one, to the point that we were confident of our next choice of Mazda. I have owned Mazda cars for many years and have never been disappointed. With Mr. Arrington's professional advice and guidance, I will continue to be a Mazda devotee! Simplified car buying experience - the way it should be! I needed a second car for work and a walked into the Mazda dealership on Highway 9 in Roswell at approximately 1pm and walked out about 2.5 hours late I needed a second car for work and a walked into the Mazda dealership on Highway 9 in Roswell at approximately 1pm and walked out about 2.5 hours later with a sealed deal. Terry Pittman listened to my needs, searched the database and shared three options. I test drove two cars and made my decision after completing a little due diligence on my own. We discussed the price a little and I know what was a fair price, based on my research and within a few minutes Clevelin Clay (big kahuna:)) came over and closed the deal. Now Terry already had the deal sealed but I am one to push the envelope as much as possible, so that's why Clevelin came into play. Both gentleman were extremely professional and handled the deal with poise. I appreciate working with professionals who make me feel valued and I recommend Mazda of Roswell to anyone interested in a great car buying experience. More
