Bobby told me to bring the SUV back they would take care of everything. That is what Mazda of Roswell did! Until my SUV is completely fix I’m riding around in a 2018 Candy Apple Red Mazda RX5. Mr. Pittman was great, because I lived an hour away from the dealership he negotiated a price before I even came into the dealership . He was patient and very kind to myself and my family. I did not have a good experience with the first finance manager I spoke to upon my 1st visit, so when I returned to purchase my car Mr. Pittman made sure I was able to speak with a different finance manager who treated me with more respect. I have been offered a loaner when the repair took longer than expected. This last time at the dealer for routine service was estimated to take about an hour. I was in and out in 50 minutes. New building and new waiting area is great!! John Carney is always polite, helpful and a credit to the organization. More

Fast work, normal dealership prices, but if you want to relax in a nice environment/repair shop this is it. Or you can save a little change on the repair cost at a random discount mechanic shop and probably catch MRSA from their 20 year old chairs/couches. They sold me a structural damage car! DO NOT GO THERE! I am a single mother with two boys and one job. I had filed bankruptcy back in 5/2016. I than bought a car on 9/2016 from this dealership. I was hande I am a single mother with two boys and one job. I had filed bankruptcy back in 5/2016. I than bought a car on 9/2016 from this dealership. I was handed all of my paper work to sign including a "CLEAR" car fax from Louis Safdie, the Finance Director. I was in a "no fault" accident last month and after putting my car in the shop with the collision center, It was than discovered that the car I thought was a good, no issues vehicle according to the clear car fax, had "Prior" Structural Damage, that I was not aware of. However, after contacting the dealership and finally speaking with Clevelin Clay, the GM after I emailed him personally, They decided to do a credit application on me to get me into another vehicle, but my credit was not the same as it was when I initially got the car back in 2016. So he had Otis Flowers a sales manager contact me, who acted as if he didn't care or wanted to help anyways. He took my information down and didn't bother to contact me after that day. So I called on 9/4/2018 for a status and instead of listening to my frustration, he told me that he did not want to help anymore, that here was nothing else for him to do at this point and good luck in my future than hung up. Now I am left without a vehicle, and a negative balance that I still have to pay towards a car that is not even in my possession. This experience has been the worst by far. It has left me stress, depressed, crying all through the night, catching rides, lyfts, and renting cars periodically just to get to my job that is 36 mins away. All I can say about that dealership is that God does not like ugly and if they continue to keep treating people and potential buyers the way they do as well as selling them cars that they know have recent property damage or other issues than its only a matter of time when that company will fall. no one wants to take responsibility. If you purchase a car from them just bring your own mechanic to check the vehicle thoroughly before leaving that lot.....I would hate for you to have experience my grief and setback. More
