This was simply an unreal buying experience, and not in a good way. The salesperson we are referring to is Terry Pittman. "Worst buying experience ever. We literally caught sales people making motions behind our back to "hurry up already and get us to sign" while we were putting insurance coverage on a car we were buying. It was one of the most unprofessional scenes I've ever witnessed. Now we've asked to speak with the owner via email and they ,to give us the information so that they can protect themselves." To further this, we were always calm and respectful. Even after being apologized to by the finance manager, Anthony Farber, we insisted he didn't apologize and thanked him for being kind, as we did the salesperson. I've never been treated in such a way. When I asked to get the owners email to express concern, the GM and other staff refused to give it to me. So all in all, this was horrible. More

This is the only place I will take my Mazda for Service! I'm a native-born Atlantan, and Mazda of Roswell is without a doubt the best facility I've ever visited anywhere! You would think I was driving a Roll I'm a native-born Atlantan, and Mazda of Roswell is without a doubt the best facility I've ever visited anywhere! You would think I was driving a Rolls Royce, but it was just my Mazda 6i for routine service and a burned out headlamp. I only wish they were closer to my home in Vinings, GA but they are of course located in Roswell, GA. - but the drive and the quality of service are worth the 1/2 hour drive from my home over I285 and North up GA-400. If you're interested in owning a Mazda, there is only one dealer that deserves your business and before I had time to sit in all of the new models, my ride was ready and the price was less than the estimate! That's always good news for a retired Vet! More
