I thought it would take longer and they were prepared every step of the way. They explained everything in a way a layman could understand and answered questions cheerfully and even anticipated questions I didn't know I had. I never felt pushed to make a decision. Bobby Mack is an awesome young man and a credit to our country as a Marine. I am proud to have known him and to have had him as my Salesman. Louis was also superb as our finance manager. He explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything before it was signed. He made it very easy and very fast. More

good service, noticed incorrect statement on bill Car was serviced in a timely manner. Requested a particular airbag is be addressed and it was taken care of. However I did notice on the service she Car was serviced in a timely manner. Requested a particular airbag is be addressed and it was taken care of. However I did notice on the service sheet that "customer said battery was dead." This statement was not true. I would be concerned that the service department took it upon themselves to check the battery but used this false statement to do so. Not a good thing to do. Always will be checking my bill. More

I did have to sit for a while waiting on Louis and he was very apologetic and told me he was the only finance person working. He was also wonderful with explaining everything about the loan and giving me different options to decrease my monthly payment. Both men were very patient and kind and cared about what I had to say. We had actually made an appointment at another dealership the evening before and arrived at our scheduled appointment time only to find that the vehicle had already been sold. We were somewhat jaded after that but working with Terry and Louis made it worth it! Definitely meant to be! We will be giving out their names to anyone we know who is looking to purchase a vehicle! Long wish of my wife fulfilled! Was looking for an RX350 FSport with all options for few months and was getting impossible to find the right match of options, color, mileage and mode Was looking for an RX350 FSport with all options for few months and was getting impossible to find the right match of options, color, mileage and model year. My son's friend found this RX in mint condition at Mazda of Rosewell. He informed me about the car and asked me to come to the dealer immediately. Shon offered us a great deal and the trade was executed in a matter of couple of hours. Further processes were so smooth and hassle-free. I cannot figure out a better deal for an FSport with perfect CARFAX history anywhere. They detailed the car very nicely and it appeared as new. I am still trying to figure out all the options that came with the car. The showroom is worth visiting and I got a chance to see and start a GT-R.
