I apologize that we did not find any issues while you were here but we would love to help you if the issue persist. Sometimes these issues are intermittent. In those cases we rely on error codes to diagnose a concern. In a situation like yours where there are none and the error is not present during diagnosis we are at a loss. I normally suggest recording it when it happens. Are you able to safely perform that action?

Rohan, Thank you for leaving your response. I have reached out to all the parties involved. Unfortunately your concern is out of our control. We agreed to match the pricing when you were here Sunday but your finances are dependent on your credit and the lenders. You of course were always welcome to walk away once you were informed. We did try to help by discounting the car further. Also if I am informed correctly your payoff was also higher than you originally relayed to us. You do sign a form when you are going through the loan that explains that we are all captive to the lender and the deal is not final until it is funded. Even though it is largely dependent on your credit I wish we could force them to do better in these scenarios.
