So I asked him his thoughts on the car and the first and only thing he said was, “you HAVE to come see this”. Next day I went in to give it a look and my bay Tran hooked me up with Bobby Mack. Bobby was hilarious and was very strait forward with me, which I liked. He gave off the vibe of a good friend and made my first car negotiation a breeze. Needless to say I was impressed enough that I returned the next day and purchased the car. Very much a determined atmosphere is this dealership, only complaint is the finance guy was supposed to overnight important documents to me and it took a week to get them. More

Excellent and quick 5,000 mile check-up. Took me at the appointed time and indicated it would take about an hour. Completed 1 minute before the hour was up. Car was cl 5,000 mile check-up. Would recommend this dealer with some precautions I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 GT. Initially they promised me a fixed monthly payment on which we agreed on it and I also confirmed that the decided price I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 GT. Initially they promised me a fixed monthly payment on which we agreed on it and I also confirmed that the decided price of the car won't change as it was a Sunday and the banks were closed so they told me to come on Monday to finish the loan paperwork. When I went the next day, Louis came to me telling me that my interest got higher and my monthly payments will go up and they refused to sign the deal according to previously decided numbers. They put a lot of hard inquiries on my credit report which screwed up my overall credit. If they cannot promise something then they should not jump to numbers just to sell the car and get their commissions. I would suggest to all the future customers to record all the conversations between you and the sales representative as proof so they don't change their statements, just be aware. They also owed me a remote engine start installation which I have call them several times to get me an appointment for installation. This clearly states that once they sell the car to you, they stop caring about you. They finally got the price closer to what we had agreed to at the first time but it took a lot of hassle and negotiation which proves bad customer service. More

I took Uber to get car but when I asked around 9:30pm then they said if I can make it next day. I thought to move away from deal but then I made it next day. Please don’t make customer wait for nothing. It gives pretty bad experience!! Other than that test experience was good! More
