We had a conversation about options and I laid out my expectations that I retain the same payment and terms and that any changes to the purchase be resolved through price. Although the change was minor (only around $50), they made good on the former deal and held my payment and term the same with only a slight change in interest rate. They handled it very well and I appreciate the effort to keep me as a satisfied customer. More

Receptive, Tenacious and Friendly! An Uplifting Experience! So, as a newly graduated medical student (now Intern Physician), going into purchasing and/or leasing a vehicle was at the very minimum daunting, and So, as a newly graduated medical student (now Intern Physician), going into purchasing and/or leasing a vehicle was at the very minimum daunting, and not just for the issue of deciding which color I want (haha), but obviously more for the fact that my credit and income history were consistent with a broke medical student. Initially, these factors did in-fact begin to present themselves as potential roadblocks (no pun intended) to the reality of being mobile in the city of Atlanta. Well...Mazda of Roswell ensured this wasn't the case! This dealership worked with me step-by-step until we were able to figure out a reasonable solution from both my end and the bank's end, and I appreciate the commitment and tenacity spent on my behalf! Staff at Mazda of Roswell like Louis and Phillip spent literally hours of their work day to ascertain a solution solely for me, and even offered a great Mexican place across the street with tasty recommendations for the downtime/interval (haha)! In the end, I walked out of the dealership satisfied with my financial obligations, encouraged by the tenacious spirit of the dealership, and most importantly a customized, beautiful, brand new Mazda 6 that I may not have gotten without the help from these hard-working guys.
