He was very thorough and communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire process (which made the wait much more bearable). He made sure that every question I had was answered, and every issue was promptly addressed. After my visit before, I didn't have high expectations for the service center. They did not follow up on their end when they promised to call me when a part came in that I needed replaced, and they popped a bent piece of the body framework back into place without explaining to me that it wasn't completely replaced. I returned because it popped out again while I was driving on I-85 in the rain at night and had to pull over to the shoulder of the highway and pull the bent piece off myself. I was clearly upset when I returned to the service center yesterday to get it completely replaced (which is what I thought they did in the first place). Nick made sure everything was done the right way, and I am now very pleased. Thanks Nick! More
