We were very impressed that many of their used models have low mileage and are in very good condition. The sales people were friendly and helpful. After test driving, we decided to purchase. Everything was fairly streamlined and we agreed upon a price and signed quickly. After signing, the salesman showed us a carfax reporting multiple counts of damage. We were really upset about this because we had been previously told that the car had a clean carfax. It was also really annoying that they negated to tell us that they had lost the spare key for the car until after we had finished all paperwork. Overall, we would recommend Mazda of Roswell because their cars are in good condition and the prices are fair, but be very careful before actually signing on a car with them. More

Chelsie took us on a test drive in the CX-5 and explained the different bells and whistles in the car, which I loved. We came back a few days later for a second test drive and ended up buying the car. The dealership was very reasonable in price and worked hard to earn our business. The buying process was easy, especially the eDoc signing system they use. We were out with our new car in about 3 hours after arriving. The car was detailed while we waited and looks great. Everyone was very welcoming. The dealership is undergoing renovations which is great—it’s going to look nice once it’s done! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda. More
