Excellent customer service center I had to bring my car in due to a noise I was hearing in the front side of my car. Upon arrival, I was asked to pull my car into the service garage & I had to bring my car in due to a noise I was hearing in the front side of my car. Upon arrival, I was asked to pull my car into the service garage & one of the service men came to look at my car & asked me to pull back back & in again & immediately noticed my front left tire bolts were loose. Thankfully, I had taken the side roads from Cumming! I Was also in for a routine oil change, I asked for a loaner car that morning & it was new & clean & ready for me while we discussed service. Not sure service person-lost card, young, tall thin build, dark hair. Great job!! More

When I wasn't happy with the results of a dealer add-on they had the add-on changed to make me happy and are promising more upgrades when they come in. A Wonderful Experience I came into the dealership fed up with other dealerships and Robert showed me the exact car I was looking for within my price range. Upgraded to a CX-5 from a 3 I bought a 2011 Mazda 3 in 2012, honestly it was the best car (until now) that I have ever owned. Unfortunately though, my family out grew it, literal I bought a 2011 Mazda 3 in 2012, honestly it was the best car (until now) that I have ever owned. Unfortunately though, my family out grew it, literally, my two preteen sons had their knees to their chins in the back seat. It was time for something roomier. I knew I wanted to stick with the Mazda brand and I had been eyeing the CX line for the past couple of years. It wasn’t until the 3 needed a repair that took a few days and I had a loaner (the exact car I wanted) that I knew I had to have it. The purchasing process was simple and surprisingly short because of Phillip’s attention to detail and ability to have everything ready for me to sign when I walked in the door. I ended up trading in my 3 and was given well over the KBB for it, which I used that for the down payment for my 2018 CX-5. (No brainer there). All of the staff (sales, Mgmt and service) were very friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs. I definitely recommend them and will continue to service and purchase from this dealer. More
