Exceeded expectations Taking my vehicle in for service was extremely easy and fast. My service advisor was quick to notice I had a car seat and before I even asked him, he had already set me up in a vehicle big enough to fit my family. He called me regularly with updates about my vehicle status and when I could expect to pick up my car. When everything was done, I came in and picked up my car and both my service advisor and either a manager or another advisor sat with me to make sure that the repairs were completed the right way and then they got me out of there very quickly. Overall it was a great experience. More

Very Satisfied with your Sales & Finance guys!!! I shopped for at least a Month for a Mazda... That's alot of Stress, trying to find the right car... Fast but be careful of empty promises I went back to Mazda of Roswell because I had a great experience in 2015. I was going to trade in my Mazda and get the 2018 model. I was at first offe I went back to Mazda of Roswell because I had a great experience in 2015. I was going to trade in my Mazda and get the 2018 model. I was at first offered a very low trade in amount and that turned me off. I called a week later and asked if they could up the offer. I was told to get an appraisal from Carmax and they would match it and maybe even do better. I decided to get the appraisal done and it was appraised for $2k more. I then went back to Roswell and started the process of purchasing the new car. I wasn’t told that they didn’t have it on the lot. I was sent home with a loaner after signing lots of documents. My new car would be there the next day. Even though the process went on well and the salesman and finance person were friendly, I feel shortchanged because they took away a discount of $1 k because I opted for a lower interest rate. I was told that it was Mazda’s policy. When I bought my old Mazda in 2015, I got an awesome deal, which is why I went back. The GM Ed is no longer there and it has negatively impacted the integrity of the deals. Aaron helped me 3 years ago and seemed friendly this time . I asked about Memorial Day sales, but no one could give me any better offers. I am very disappointed. with the financing portion. It seems that Mazda should do better with repeat customers By the way, John Carney in Service is awesome. More

Great Experience We did not do any research at this dealership beforehand, but ended up with a brand new Mazda3 for our son. We later found that the vehicle was reasonably priced to begin with, therefore there was really not much negotiation and the sale went through smoothly.
