Working with Robert was truly all of those things and many others. I'm a high information focused buyer and I vote with my dollar. I knew what I wanted I also knew what discounts I was eligible for. So if there was even the slightest whiff of a sales person giving me the run around or overselling me I would be heading to another dealer. However I had the good fortune to meet Robert. Robert took care of me. He presented my options clearly and plainly, describing the pros and cons of each. He made sure all of the pre-paper work was in order and helped work around my chaotic schedule. He did all of this with a smile and warm demeanor. My purchase was seamless (also thanks to Louis), I was in and out in record time. I couldn't be happier with my new car. I look forward to working with Robert and Mazda of Roswell in the future, when I need to upgrade my Mazda 3 to CX-5. Or if Mazda ever releases the RX-Vision. More

Terry, DeAnthony and the rest of the staff were very understanding, patient and supportive. Being a newbe in the country, i had zero credit history- safe to say, the odds weren't exactly in my favor. But with these guys' guidance and support, I managed to drive away with not just a car but the exact ride I wanted and the entire process took just a couple of days. Thanks guys.
