Great Dealership Our sales person, Robert, was great. He spend a lot of time going over different vechicles with my husband and I and when we did purchase a car from him, he spent a great deal of time getting us set up and going over all the technical features of the car. He is very knowledgable on the different features of each of the cars. Had a great experience with the finance person, Louis. He helped us to understand our lease. I really was impressed by the mangers on site, Aaron and Keith. Enjoyed talking with Keith. He really knows how to connect with the customers. Aaron was willing to really work with us and not lose our business. Over all, our experience was great. We got a state of the art car for a great price. Would definitley, recommend this dealership. The best first buyer experience EVER!!!! Words can’t express the amazing experience I had with Bobby Mack at Madza of Rosewell!!!! My baby ( Madza 2008- RIP Percy ) ran it’s course and gave up on me after 10 years of being the best car ever. My intentions was to invest the money to get him fix but I decided to take it as a sign to look into getting a new car. I was actually referred by Mr. Mack to come check out the new 2018 madzas that just came in. I absolutely loovvvee Madzas so it didn’t take to much convincing. Once I entered the dealership my nervousness was at a all time high. With Me not knowing a thing about buying a car + this being my first time experience = full on panic mode!!! But I will say Mr. Mack made sure I understood every step of the process. He was very interactive, knowledgeable and super funny which made me feel extremely comfortable. He even answered every question I had to ask without hesitate or thought, even the weird off the wall ones! Lol. Once I went for a test drive,talked over subjects such as what I was looking for in a car, $$$ and numbers I left the dealership feeling a bit more comfortable about buying a car. Now my intentions was to wait a few months and come back but after looking over the numbers ( which in my opinion was a awesome price by the way) and the impeccable customer service , not to mentioned they found the car that I wanted in the color I wanted,i went back the next day! Spoke with Bobby and BAM before I knew I purchased my new 2018 Madza 3 Hatchback.. Mr. Frost! :). Mr. Clay was super helpful too and made sure my process was smooth from start to finish. Even Mr. Flowers with my closing documents made sure everything was crystal clear and I knew every single detail of what I was singing my name too!! Not to mention the virtual board was kinda cool. I definitely would recommend all three men and this dealership to anyone! Thanks again guys! You all are beyond awesome at what you do!! You can gaunratee I’ll be back again when it time to get a new car!!! More

He pulled up the sport and touring model to compare them side by side which was the best way for me to pick the best model for my needs. Robert is a true ambassador to Mazda and was very enthusiastic in explaining the car...all the way down to the engine design and all safety features. Ask him about skyactive and you will be impressed by his answer. More

Although I really liked t After positive experience owning a Mazda 3 sedan for 6 years, my husband and I decided to upgrade to the current 2018 model. Although I really liked the sedan, it was difficult getting things in the trunk. The hatchback solved that problem, and the many safety features made it a good move. The mpg has proven to be about the same, which is a big plus as well. The road noise is significantly less, and it is a smooth ride. The bigger motor makes for a more confident drive on the many crowded highways with big trucks and cars moving at high speeds around Atlanta. The purchasing experience was pleasant with no high pressure. Much research had gone into the purchase, so we pretty much knew what we wanted from the start. Bobby Mack was a pleasure to deal with. His sense of humor, as well as patience and willingness to meet our requests was highly appreciated. Anthony Farber closed the deal with professionalism, while meeting our financial needs. Also, Otis Flowers added his high competence to our purchase is a positive way. The availability of the car in the beautiful blue color that I wanted was the icing on the cake. Disappointed in dishonesty I am very disappointed with Mazda of Roswell. We walked into the dealership with our own pre-approved financing. After test driving and deciding t I am very disappointed with Mazda of Roswell. We walked into the dealership with our own pre-approved financing. After test driving and deciding to purchase a vehicle, we told the salesman that we DID NOT want a credit check or dealer financing. We very ADAMANTLY told the dealership we were not interested in their financing, and we did not want our credit checked. After four hours of waiting and speaking to the finance guy, they offered us a loan through their bank with an interest rate HIGHER than we brought with us. They ran a "hard pull" on our credit without our permission and then offered us a deal which was going to cost us over $8,000 more over the life of the loan. I attempted to call the dealership back to discuss the issue - and the finance manager was less than honest about our situation. I'm EXTREMELY unsatisfied with our experience there. More
