Bobby is a wonderful all-around saleman Before we could get out of the vehicle we were greeted by Bobby Mack. Bobby immediately introduced himself and recalled the exact vehicle on the lot Before we could get out of the vehicle we were greeted by Bobby Mack. Bobby immediately introduced himself and recalled the exact vehicle on the lot that we came to look at and drive. We drove 2 hours to get to this particular car lot because of the fair pricing listed on all the internet vehicles they had. We drove the vehicle and liked it but wanted to see if they had another vehicle we had seen also. Bobby was very knowledgeable about the details of the car and friendly. Bobby went around and found a vehicle that wasn’t yet listed online and we were SOLD. The vehicle had very low miles, and had been well kept. We are both veterans, so knowing Bobby was a Marine Corp vet even made the day better for us. We had a trade-in and the finance folks were quick and we haggled a bit and made a deal. During the whole process several managers came to speak with us and it was a friendly atmosphere. Lots of military vets in there working also!!! Nice bonus! He showed me my options and worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted w/in my budget. I didn’t feel pressured to buy as I’ve felt at other dealerships. He never once tried to sell Me on Something I didn’t want nor need. I am a single woman and came in on my own, and Some sales people would take advantage of that, hoping I didn’t know how to negotiate. I felt as if everyone wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, I truly love Mazda and this dealership. My experience whether it’s sales or service, is always great. More
